| Biggest Artistic Inspiration |
from our first cave paintings to Botero's Abu Ghraib paintings there are so many paintings which inspire me. I never tire of looking at paintings, there is always something new. I remember taking art classes at the Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco as a child and passing by Rodin's sculpture which impressed and inspired me only to go on to a Rembrant, Gerome, Monet, Courbet ,the list just goes on and on. Later I lived in Paris and was inspired by so much !I've lived in Greece now here in Italy here in Venice Tiziano,Lotto and Giorgione, I am so lucky . |

| Why Did You Become An Artist |
I have always created for as long as I can remember. I had my first exposition at fifteen and sold my first piece. Art has been my life. To be an "ARTIST" is neccessary to me live and communicate in our society. |

| Your Personal Biography |
I was Born in Berkeley and grew up in San Francisco where I attended art school. I moved to Europe at 23. I have always painted or sculpted or both. I do a lot of commissioned portraits besides my more genre style paintings. Most of my work is done in a large scale. I enjoy sculpting marble in Carrara Italy or On Paros in Greece. Art is my life and I love it! |
