|
My work reflects my life; the still country-life in Italy against many travels, the dense mixture of different cultures and backgrounds even inside my own home, the horses, the lake and the small sailing boats...
Rome, - - time passing...Also it reflects the mystery of being a woman and the mother/child relationship, the enigma inside us. An unexpected fragility, a fraction of a poem.
Love for the unfinished touching surfaces, rustic inside elegance and viceversa.
The research for an archeological feeling, the finger of time that left it's mark... a special "atmosphere" or a "nostalgic mood".
The sculpture is done in different medias, marble, stone, bronze, rakuceramic, porcelain or paperclay.
