Artist Statement for Alan Neider
|
|
|
Throughout my career as a artist I have been interested in paintingt three-dimensional forms. Some of the themes have been chairs and curtains.
Currently, the past four years, I have been working with the idea of illumination and in particular lamps.
My intention is to create works of art that are challenging, exciting and stimulating whether the light is on or off.
