As an artist I dreamed of a
time of being able to create

freedom prevails. United
Nations Mission in Kosova was
unsuccessful in creating an
environment where individuals
are free to express their
work, concerns and ideas. They
created a monopoly over the
symbols that local artists
were dreaming of creating once
Kosova was free....
