Representation of space and of narrative elements through the perspective in the 14th Century "Traversing vision", philosophie conceptions (attitudes) of space and the relationship between man and the world.Illusion of perspective, of pictural space, diformed image, displacement of reality, subjective image, mental image, relativity of perspective. The axes of escape, off center, deviated, constrain the glance to constently hitting the edges of the frame which limit the different space.
Perspective structures the different space, sequence drawing or Tableaux drawings and goes in the direction of the space is entirely organized with respect to the narrative. On the first works, space is cut up into juxtaposed sequences in the manner of a "story board";In recent works space is a sort of labyrinth in wich the gaze of the spectator can get lost. The work is a screen in two senses of the term:what is projected on the canevas reveals and masks.
The "Cinema Noir"(Thriller) as a point of departure for the creation of pictural space with it's peculiar architecture, it's street scenes and the characters which unhabit them, haunt them.Subjective vision of the exterior world.Allegorical travel through the space of the visible, apparent and superficial towards a more profound, total and intense space (of world perception through philophie thought). The work of Paitings:Dull colors (in slopes) comes over pure and vibrant colors (in flat space), in chromatic opposition.A feeling of emptiness and lack (absence) emerges from street scenes and interior scenes.Light and even more the play of shadows reinforce the feeling that something else can exist, something besides what is presented to us, something beyond apparance, apparances.
