Artist Statement:
Lonnie Manning was born and
raised in Tampa, Florida with
strong family ties to middle
Georgia. He has had both
coastal and country
influences. From 1981 to 1998
he moved to south Louisiana
and added a decidedly Cajun
flair to his work. Now back
in middle Georgia, this
combination of diverse
influences has developed into
a unique style in a variety of
mediums. As a self taught
artist, he began drawing and
painting at an early age.
Over time he became more
disciplined and has created
works that are highly valued
by collectors from all over.
He has many examples of
Stained Glass, Watercolor
Paintings, Pen & Ink
Renderings, Fantasy Paintings,
Metal, and Glass Sculptures,
Etc. Always eager to try new
things, Lonnie continues to
develop and expand his
creative talents into new
artistic endeavors, just for
you!
