Artist Statement:
My art is a transcription of
my own imagination. I have
loved art for many years with
my focus on painting and
sculpture for the past six.
Being inspired by Baroque
styles, cartoon and animation
my art takes on a surrealistic
character quality. I indulge
in the experience of creating
using it as a form of
entertainment for the viewer
and myself. Not following any
kind of mold as I go from one
piece to the next helps me
keep my art fresh with new
ides. I give no definition for
the impulse when presenting my
work. I leave it up to the
viewer to take the chance to
explore their own imaginations
and create their own ideas.
My goals are to draw someone
into my art and not let them
look away without experiencing
something. I know I will enjoy
a lifetime of creating art
that entertains the mind and
imagination.
