Artist Statement for Lorrie Williamson

|
Although I have been an artist for many years, I have yet to arrive at a place where I can constrain myself to one particular type of art or painting. I lean strongly to human image and portraits because of the fulfillment of capturing that inner essence, but I love still life and landscape painting, also. I enjoy creating representational, impressionistic, abstract, or experimental art works. Someday maybe I will settle into one particular style, or even better, maybe my work will evolve into a new look completely. In the meantime, I hope that my art gives you real pleasure.
