PORT DALHOUSIE CAROUSEL RESTORATION PROJECT 1990:
Pat Robertson and I coordinated this project which included gathering up artists to assist in this painting project as well as painting a few of the animals ourselves. I painted the lion, a goat and some horses.
VOLUNTEER WORK:
Currently I will volunteer my time to organize sketch and tours for the Women’s Art Association of Hamilton starting with one in May at the RBG rock garden called “doodle with Losier” and one in June at the Celtic Dream Gardens in Stoney Creek. I volunteer my time to the Burlington Fine Arts Association at their events. I have been on the visual arts committee for Arts Hamilton since September 2006. I have volunteered for the auction at the Dundas Valley School of Art in April 2008 to 2006. In the 1990’s I was the programmer and Board member for the St. Catharines Art Association; Board and visual arts committee member for the Niagara Artists Centre; and committee member for Niagara’s Women’s Day Art Exhibition for the Niagara Peninsula.
