Artist Statement:
Lucian Bistreanu had started
to take private lessons in
drawing and painting in 1990
before he went to Law School.
In 1997 he graduated at
University Romanian-American
of Bucharest, Romania and got
Bachelor Degree in Law School.
Since he had been in Law
School he spent the most part
of his time with the very well
known artists from Romania, in
their studios, this
opportunity helped him a lot
to improve his practical
knowledge in this field. Some
of the artists who guide
Lucian Bistreanu are Radu
Daranga, Cornel Barsan and
Daniel Balanescu. As well he
learned the art of printed
textile.
After 1998 he had exhibitions
in numerous solo and group,
which took place in different
galleries from Romania and
USA.
