Artist Statement:
The artist has diplomas and awards of the Russian Union of Artists for
participating in exhibitions and personal contribution to the culture of
Russia.
The main thing for N. Lukashuk in creating is expression of the inner world
of the artist through the world of absurd and fantasy. The paintings by this
artist cannot be confused with anyone else's as his style is very individual
and distinctive. The artist takes all unnecessary details away from nature
and finding the most important in it, he creates bright images, putting in
them warmth and kindness of his soul.
The paintings by N. Lukashuk can be found in the collection of Ulyanovsk
State Art Museum, Ministry of Culture of Russia, in galleries and private
collections in Russia, Germany, France, the UK, the USA, Greece....

1976-1982 - studied in I. Repin Art Academy in Leningrad (now St Petersburg)
1989 - became a member of the Russian Union of Artists
