Malke's dolls have been exhibited at the Museums of Decorative Arts in Basel, Lausanne, Switzerland, and in Frankfurt, Germany. While living in Brazil, she created two huge puppets which were used as stage décor for a play at Rio’s main theater, O Teatro Municipal de Rio de Janeiro. In 1996, Malke was honored with an exhibit of her collages at the Art Gallery of the French Embassy, in Ottawa, Canada.
Being a resident of the South-East, Malke has made a point of showing her work at the local level: In 1994, she had her first exhibit at the Aiken Center for the Arts, followed in 1995 by another at the USC-Aiken Etherredge Center. In 2006, she mounted a second exhibit of collages at the USC-Aiken Etherredge Center, and she also participated in a 3-artist exhibit at the Aiken Center for The Arts. She has also had her work on display in Augusta and Aiken in private galleries in 2008.
More recently, at the international level, she has exhibited in 2007 and in 2008 in the prestigious Annual International Salon of Critical Figuration, held in Lyon, France. Se has already been selected to participate in their next International Salon, to be held this year in Paris, France, in December. In the summer of 2008, she has also had her collages on display at the International Zabu art Center and Museum, in Orne, France, for a period of four months. She was twice the official recipient of the award given by the French artistic movement ‘Art et Fraternité’ in France (2007, 2008).
Recently, in January 2009 she was chosen by North Charleston Cultural Center selection committee for a 2-month solo art exhibit at the Cultural Center Window Exhibit, to be held in 2010.
In April-may 2009, she had 2 of her art pieces on display at the International art exhibit “Aroma of Art” , held in Macau, China, at St Paul’s Corner Gallery, May 8, 2009 – June 14, 2009, in collaboration with the French May festival. She was one of only twelve French artists to have been selected for this international art show.
One of Malke's Chinese-ink drawings was accepted for this year's salon of the Societe nationale des beaux arts at the Carousel du Louvre. This salon has been on the cultural calendar since about 1850. It is very competitive and hard to get into, especially for a first-time applicant. Last year there were between 6000 and 8000 visitors to the salon exhibit, including apx 4000 for the vernissage.
Three of her art pieces were selected by the Salons d’Art Européens, for 2 exhibits, one held n Bergamo (Italy), in June 2009, two in Berlin (Summer 2009). One of her art pieces will be on display at the Salon D'Arts Europeens to be held in Bonn Gerrmany in October 2009.
Malke will again participate in the Salon de Figuration Critique, to be held in Paris in december 2009
She is a member of Singul’Art, Figuration Critique, “Les 16 Anges”, ArtSlant, and Painters for Human Rights.
