ARTIST STATEMENT
I have long been inspired by the contradiction
of the organic and the inorganic.
I feel the constant state of flux within nature and ourselves
mirrors the juxtaposition of life and death.
It is about the complex nature of the universe
My work expresses my perception of reality as a combination of dreams, entomology, the universe, science, and myself.
The decomposition of our universe
I capture this with the insect parts and a combination with architecture to create a new type of structure, one that rushes the spirit into orbit.
With my imagination unfolding I enter another realm of my subconscious , of my perception of my illusions.
My work continues to broaden to new horizons and complexities
exploring all realms of science and nature combined.
