Artist Statement:
In artists' families the
choice of profession is often
predetermined: I was
born(1975) and grown in the
artist family. My father was
my first teacher, that tought
me paint technik. He is the
author of numerous portraits,
still life and landscape
paintings. Since 1998 he is
the Dean of Dilijan Branch of
the Yerevan Academy of Fine
Arts and the same time
Honorary Doctor of Armenian
Branch of of International
Academy of Sciences of Nature
and Society.
My brother was a student of
Graphic Arts Chair of the
Academy of Fine Arts and now
he is a lecturer in the
Dilijan Branch. My mother is a
master of folk art.
I have graduated from Yerevan
State University, faculty of
Decorative Art. Since 1992 I
am taking part in numerous
expositions, including
international ones.
For me painting is the ideal
challenge to capture my
feelings in effects and
colors. My objective is
present unique art that plays
with the viewer, stimulating
their imaginations.
