Artist Statement:
The Art of Dutch artist
Marjolein Kruijt is inspired
by the beauty of mystical
landscape & animals. Capturing
the essence beyond realism, by
the choice of composition,
light and conciousness in
their eyes.
The pure 'being' of animals
inspires her in her wildlife
art, as well as the mystical
side of nature, like
waterfalls and old trees.
She also works in commission:
murals, landscapes in oil and
watercolours, animal art, cat
art, drawings and petportraits
on:
2010 BOOK publised: "Drawing
and painting animals" in dutch
language only at the moment;
"Dieren tekenen en schilderen
met Marjolein Kruijt". Showing
Kruijts oeuvre on cats, dogs
