artist of Latvian origin, he
was born in
Arosa-Switzerland, in 1941.
His artistic studies brought
him to the “Ecole Supérieur
Nationale des Beaux-Arts”. He

master Robert Cami and also
attended the Hautes Études of
the Sorbonne ...
