Artist Statement:
Michal (42) was graduated in
1984 following art studies.
she continued her studies in
various fields like painting,
sculpture and more.
some years ago she started
working with paper of all kind
and she admitt "I discovered
an entire new world".
We are drowing in an infinity
of paper of all kind and most
of it is going to the trush,
imposing an encumbrance to our
enviroment.
as paper is available and is
very easygoing material, the
use of it as a raw material
for art works is very
convinient and beautiful
results can be achieved.
Michal main works are as we
are calling "papier mache" and
out of the paper she is
creating bowls, birds, 3d
figures and more.
In her studio she is teaching
divers technics of "how to
work with paper".
