Welcome to Lyn Cardinal's Portfolio. Browse Cardinal's body of work: I find magic in the notion that marks on paper can so fantastically create the illusion of shape, weight and depth. It is, in fact, truly amazing to me.
The organic forms in my pastel drawings are entities I have been compelled to represent in various ways for most of my life. I believe they are born from a visual language, or memory, that is part of a collective subconscious.
