Artist Statement:
I remember as a child that I
was always busy drawing,
painting, sewing or creating
something out of whatever was
available. I love everything
about art and it is very
difficult for me to pick my
favorite.
I had started my career as an
artist in 1990 by working with
leather using a technique I
developed and began designing
both jewelry and pictures.
Eventually my works were sold
throughout the Ukraine, Russia
and Poland.
After moving to the USA
(Monticello, MN) in 2002 I
continued to develop my fine
art as pictures made from
leather, unique leather
jewelry and my drawings.
Fortunately my leather art
very soon became a popular
product in local art and
crafts shows. ...
