| Welcome to Marc Schimsky's Portfolio. Browse Schimsky's body of work: My work is more about experience and the visual memory of that experience than it is about any particular person or thing. Generally, my mixed media works communicate issues of time, conflict, memory, identity and the experiences or reflections of the past. I frequently incorporate flattened "found" objects into these works. I enjoy combining these "found objects" with recycled bits and pieces of my old drawings to create new compositions.
