Artist Statement for Samuel Wolpert

I have tried oil, watercolor and pastels but now have returned to oil painting as my main medium. Living in Santa Fe I am interested in local landscapes but have also tried paintings of different areas in Europe. Recently Bruges, in Belgium, inspired me to create a number of paintings.
