NeoPopRealist philosophy is philosophy of new millennium and style of visual arts NeoPopRealism created by Nadia Russ.

1. Be beautiful.
2. Be creative & productive, never stop studying
& learning.
3. Be peace loving, positive minded.
4. Do not accept communistic philosophy.
5. Be free-minded,do the best you can to move the
world to peace and harmony.
6. Be family oriented, self-disciplined.
7. Be free spirited. Follow your dreams, if they are
not destructive, but constructive.
8. Believe in GOD. God is one.
9. Be supportive to those who need you, be generous.
10. Create your life as a great adventurous story.
NeoPopRealism reflects new millennium and interested in a whimsical contemporary world, with its fabulous technological & cultural achievements.
Lets look in past. At the beginning of 20 Century Plank formulated his quantum theory. After came Picasso with cubism, next was futurism, interested in landscape as cubism is interested in still life. Then came surrealism with Dali, abstract, modern art with his best representative Jackson Pollock...
Pop Art - Jasper Johns, Peter Max, Andy Warhol. Neo-Pop - Jeff Koons.
New millenium came NeoPopRealism presented by Nadia Russ....
New millennium brought new style NeoPopRealism, which reflects new century and combines brightness and simplisity of pop art with deep philosophical realism. NeoPopRealism is whimsical, carries hi color energy and has graphic nature. Style influences fancy contemporary world with deep social & psychological diversity. Subject - mostly faces.
Someone said that Nadia Russ' paintings impossible to copy. There's a short description on how to paint in the NeoPopRealist manner.
Get the canvas & brush. Close your eyes for a moment. Get an idea. Let's make faces. Line turns to a beautiful eye on the right side of the canvas. Nose. Lips. Draw left eye that belong to another person & look different than right one. Paint profile that picture right face. Add symbolic objects as a backdrop.
Now color. Feel free, get bold one. Another one. Third one... Do you like what you see? Turn on all your senses. Feeling of harmony is important condition. Enjoy process. It's fun, it's game, it's enjoyment & total satisfaction at the end.
What you see look too simple to you? make it more complicated: double line, tripple line. Connect eyes, nose, lips, & figures at the background. Play 'til drop dead, following your feeling of harmony. Sorry if you do not have it. Then you are in a trouble. Important condition is a talent, professional skills, imagination, & sharp sense of the contemporary world..." |
