Artist Statement:
Statement on Art

creating. My parents weren't
too thrilled when I found out
that crayons looked "cool" on
the long hallway of my
childhood home. That's when my

takes a life of its own.

Concepts and ideas may take
weeks to form in jotted down
notes & sketches or sometimes
a sudden burst of inspiration.
The actual work can take just
a few hours as in paintings,
or days as with the details of
a pen & ink/representational
illustration.

Once working & inspired it
feels as if my hands are being
guided, or if I am moved to
another ...
