Artist Statement:
I was born in Galicia a
traditional celtic country. I
lived there until I was ten
years old but I guess it
greatly influenced me, like
any other cultures from the
past that lived in harmony
with magic and nature which is
what I try to reflect in my
paintings.
My studies as a graphic
designer have given me a
discipline and a way of
thinking that I find is good
for my painting. Without that
my way of working would have
been much more chaotic than it
is already.
I am pursuing to finish a
serie of acrilics that
represent the Mayor Arcana in
the tarot. I find they reflect
a lot of wisdom and different
steps we should go through
life.
Funny endeavour keeping in
mind that I have never gone to
a tarot reading session......
