Artist Statement for Noelle Craig
|
|
|
Noelle Craig works primarily in dry mediums ex: pencil, colored pencil, pastel and charcoal. While she has worked with acrylics and oils, her preference is colored pencil. She is a self-taught artist, working many years to find her medium of choice. She has primarily done commissioned work to this point in time. However, some of her work was recently exhibited in the Mechanicsburg Art Center's Open Regional Exhibit (June 2004). She is a member of both the Mechanicsburg Art Center and the Harrisburg Art Association, as well as, the Colored Pencil Society of America (CPSA).
