| Your Personal Biography |
Frost Newton has been a professional artist for over 20 years. His fine art career began around 1984, when he got married and his wife encouraged him to devote himself to fine art. He paints primarily in two mediums gouache and alkyd oilpaints - gouache is an opaque water based paint - it is very versatile and can be applied with many techniques including airbrush. Alkyd is basically oil paint that has been mixed with alkyd resin which speeds drying time and adds resilience and flexibility. |
