My paintings in New York. (Free watercolor with every painting sold, one for each $100 you spend)
Hi, this online art exhibit forms part of my production during the last 25 years.
Here you will find different aspects of my struggle to survive as a visual artist
using the most eclectic approach to adapt and fulfill my needs.
Usually to communicate my ideas I paint.
Painting is my language and through my artwork you can perceive my ideas.
New york has served me as a source of inspiration and learning the past 25 years.
Somehow I feel that New York reinforces my roots. It evokes a nostalgia for the ancient cultures of the Olmec, Maya, Chibcha, and Inca, cultures which strongly influenced Central America and specifically Costa Rica, were I was born.
Please check the videos to the left side of the screen to take a look at the free watercolors.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Hector Marin-Arias
I AM OFFERING FREE ART LESSONS, PLEASE CHECK MY VIDEOS FOR WATERCOLOR PAINTING. MORE VIDEOS ARE COMING SOON.
