Artist Statement:
Basically I am a
self-taught arist. Initially
inspired and learnt by my
grand father, who studied
miniature paintings in India.
I graduated in Fine Arts from
Bhittai school of Arts.
Following one year advanced
course in painting I taught
Art at the same school.
Over the past few years,
I have devoted myself entirely
to painting and have held
several group shows as well as
solo shows.
Although my training has
been in fine arts but, I have
worked
diligently to master the art
of miniature painting. Over
the years I have developed my
own oeuvre, which compasses a
wide range of subjects,
rendered in the miniature
radition...
