Artist Statement:
Oehlke's background is
in graphic design,
illustration and fine art.
She studied art in Cleveland,
Columbus, and abroad. Her
paintings are
representational, at times
themes are allegorical. As an
arts advocate, Oehlke has
spearheaded a non-profit art
organization to promote
artists, and to enhance
community involvement in the
arts, She has also organized
fund raising events and art
exhibits.
