Artist Statement:
After many years of designing
appliqued fashion garments, I
discovered mosaics whilst
renovating my Queenslander
home. I am continually
learning new methods and
discovering the exciting world
of mosaics. I particularly
love 3-D mosaic pictures and
unusual objects to mosaic for
the home and garden. Mosaic

I constantly have "mosaics on
my mind" and my travels both
in Australia and overseas have
provided much inspiration. My
love of renovating and
gardening also provides a
palette of beauty to
incorporate into my mosaics.
Mosaic provides a medium for
shattered reflections of one's
inner thoughts. I share my
love of mosaics with friends
and it provides a common bond
with other mosaic artists.
I hope you enjoy my
mosaics....which are made from
tiles, glass, natural objects
and recycled goods and amazing
"odds and ends"....I am always
trying new media to include in
my work.
