Artist Statement for Pam Sanders

|
I am a mixed media artist that is obsessed by the creation process. I have to create. Mixed media allows me to use anything I have as material for a painting. I have been doing art since before highschool. My passion is bright complimentary colors. Acrylic collage seems to be the best combination of media lately. It allows me to paint and cut and paste. I have also been learning about digital art. I find it very exciting. I can take photos of old paintings and scan them into the computer, then re-arrange them into new work.
