Artist Statement for Paul Hamilton
|
|
|
Paul Hamilton holds a Fine Arts Degree from the Columbus College of Art and Design and is a member of the Columbus Art League. His resume includes a long list of gallery and museum shows for his painting, sculpture and installation mediums. Paul's work is in private collections throughout the United States as well in Venezuela, Mexico, and Great Britain.
In 2002 and 2004, Findlay Galleries in New York City hosted solo exhibitions of Paul Hamilton's paintings. Both exhibitions were extremely well received by collectors and critics. In November 2006, Findlay Galleries will host Paul's third New York exhibition.
Recently, Paul was featured in both Country Living and American Artist magazines.
The artist lives with his wife and their two children on a small farm near his studio in Granville, Ohio.
