Artist Statement:
I love the outdoors! There's
no shortage of what can be
used as subject matter! I'm
always on the lookout for the
next scene that will will
inspire me to create a new
piece.Getting a sense of the
atmosphere and mood of a
particular time and place is
an important part of the
experience I try to give to
the viewers and hope the same
feeling I had for the subject
will resonate with them.

The Parkhurst Exchange a medical journal distributed to over 40,000 Canadian doctors.Every month they feature 2 Canadian artists and I am lucky enough to have my painting " Against the Storm' chosen for their May 2007 issue!
