In 1975, Cheryl Knox received a scholarship to the Columbus College of Art and Design in Ohio, and finished with a B.F.A. from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
After several years of making ethereal landscapes with soft pastels, she moved from Pa. to N.C. and studied stained glass. Knox began working with colored glass to create images, in addition to her landscape pastels.
Stained glass is a beautiful medium with endless creative potential, as endless as the varieties of colored glass available with their different reflective properties. ... |
