Artist Statement:
Butoh is an Avant Guard
Japanese inspired dance. It is
known for its imagery, and
sometimes shocking content.
Performances may rang from
highly theatratical with
elabrate costumes and sets, to
ones where there is little or
no set or costume. Most of my
work is done nude. For me it
presents the human form out of
time, stripped of everthing,
the audience then can see just
the pure movement

the Ohio Art Council.
I am doing 12 video
performances around the state
of ohio. The Glacial Groves,
Serpent Mound, Cedar Falls,
