I am given to the notion that all creation is transitory and as it has a life of its own, it lives only for a finite amount of time and should as it will, disappear in time and at a moment of oblivion transforms to a new and lasting energy
In my work I seek to understand the unknown forces of energy and of life, as I would desire to know God. I can not hope to answer the great questions of how the world…the universe began. But, I can marvel and admire the complexity of creation. I can thank God that I can create in my own humble way what I think and feel about Gods creation.
In the act of my art I hope to share in the mystery of thought and contemplation about the reality and the relationship of all things to the conscious and subconscious mind in human life.
Pure thought, without restraint, ulterior motive or intention, is the goal and purpose of my work…to activate the imagination and for a brief time set the mind free to explore itself and enjoy as I do, the flow of unbridled energy and know the freshness and joy of discovery.
