i believe my becoming an artist was a destiny thing. It was like i was meant to do what i do. After acheiving a degree in Economics, then studing engineering, i came across some repairman welding something together, and i knew that i wanted to do that to make things. |

| Your Personal Biography |
I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I went to the university of Tampa and graduated with a degree in economics. I then moved to boston and worked in clothing stores and had art exhibitions. I moved to Los Angeles, California in 1976. I started a business doing etching on metal with a unique process i developed. I also went to classes at UCLA, and Otis Parsons and studied Painting, and drawing. I was drawn to figurative works. I started doing welded steel sculpture again, and had my first major show in Aspen, CA in 1993. I have benn commissioned for public works, hotels, and corporate and private collections throughout the world. I continue to evole as an artist and still work on my etchings. |
