Artist Statement:
My name... well, you know it.
I born in Spain in 1980. I
begun to draw when I was a
child, habit which I practiced
more or less during all my
life, without taking it
seriously, simply as a hobby
and a way to exteriorize my
likings. I have never in my
life attended drawing or
painting classes neither other
things related with art, so
you should be aware of this if
you find some errors on my
works . But I tried sometimes
to look some books to learn
things that the educational
system does not offered to me.
All my estudies were technical
ones, following the custom of
a worker society linked to
industry. I estudied
industrial mechanizing,
industrial electricity and
also information technology,
even technical drawing - but
you can believe me, this thing
does not help me to paint nude
women properly -.
After a time in wich I was
almost obsessed with
programming, I begun to felt
that I should not dedicate so
much my life to something so
cold like the information
technology, since I would lose
the best of me. I want to
regain my true ideals, those
ones which were with me when I
drawed ...
