Description of my paintings? At first my paintings were very realistic, but now they're what I call 'atmospheric' scenes. Instead of trying to duplicate the reality I now create my own images that are recalling or showing a feeling, an emotion. In creating paintings of everyday objects and plain scenes, I'm trying to reveal the beauty of the ordinary
How do I feel about art and painting? For me it is more than just a hobby, it's a passion, a way of life actually. More than the feeling of being creative it gives me the opportunity to react against the incredible amount of rubbish we are overwhelmed with these days (just think of the hollow, nothing to say television programs).
