Artist Statement:
Sarah Maloney expresses her
passion for life and documents
her quest for unexplored
beauty through the art of
photography. A freelance
photographer since 1998,
Sarah’s motivation and passion
is continuously fueled by a
variety of external forces
found in today’s urban and
natural landscapes. She
combines natural & constructed
subjects to express the
intimate and inseparable
relationship that exists
between these two distinct
elements, and captures the
sensual aspects of humanity in
its purest physical form. Her
work examines a diversity of
topics ranging from the
abstract to the sublime, and
creates an instant connection
between all subjects.
Raised in Toronto, Canada,
Sarah has also lived in Paris
and London. She regularly
draws from her experiences in
those environments to provoke
her own artistic and visual
senses and ever changing
creative approach.
