Artist Statement:
In 1999, after more than ten years working as an architect for several leading firms, Scott established BaumbergerStudio in order to focus on his talent as an illustrator. Utilizing a combination of 3D modeling and photo-retouching software, he creates imagery that varies in style from hyper-realistic to pencil and watercolor effects.
The most successful collaborations begin with a clear objective and understanding of all potential uses for the commissioned artwork. Scott works with his clients to determine the level of complexity and formality most applicable for each project - whether it's for a design competition, design development package or marketing brochure.
Scott is a member of the New York Society of Renderers and the American Society of Architecture Illustrators. His work has been published in Architecture in Perspective 15 & 17, 3D World Magazine, 3D Artist Magazine, and various daily and weekly newspapers.
