Artist Statement:
Over the years, I've worked in
a variety of media: oil,
acryl, tempera, pencil,
watercolour
and I have developed my own
coloured pencil technique. My
art
from 1987 to
1994 is a consistently further
exploration of two main
concerns of
my work as a
painter: A photographically
precise realism , which have
still a strong influence on
me. In the middle of the
nineties, I
found Digital
Art as a fascinating medium
for art.
In the last
years, my work has been
getting more expressive and
structured.
I tried to
find out something about the
essential things of my
creativity.
"Art is about
giving some sense of mystery
and wonder to things, viewing
the
world with
different eyes. Moreover it's
important to say, that real
art speaks for
itself."
