|
Beauty of light and color.
I admire Monet and am influenced by impressionism, but I don't want to lose track of the object by trying to find colors. I don't have a classical style either because of my impressionist influence. I don't even try for hyper-realism because if you want something that realistic then take a picture. Something is added to an oil painting that isn't there in reality. Thus I try to bring out the beauty of light and color.
