Artist Statement:
My art is my wondering
companion
The natural purity and
complexity of drawing with Ink
continues to fascinate, and
challenge me. Although Chine’s
Ink is not widely thought of
as being suited to modern and
contemporary styles, I enjoy
the unpredictability and
spontaneity that ink offers
and aim to push the boundaries
of this traditional medium to
new levels. As my art work
evolves to a more expressive
and open approach the result
is interesting like an
alchemist, transformation
happen within the artist as
presented in there art work
too. To walk the unknown needs
the courage of an artist. By
being open I allow my work to
continually evolve. I explore
the world with intense
curiosity and use of wide
range of materials help me to
experience the spectrum of
human experience. I see my
artistic life as just one long
investigation of things and my
reaction to them.
