Artist Statement:
Working with Fused Glass is
more than an art, it's a
passion! My wife and I fell in
love with "warm glass" the
first time we got to play
around in a friends studio.
Since then we have dived in
head first - and beleive me
the water is just fine! The
fun thing about working in
fused glass as an expression
of art, is that there are no
rules, (as long as you don't
open the kiln too early and
you always have a hefty supply
of bandaids!)
Jeanne and I compliment each
other quite nicely, she's wild
and crazy - I'm wild and crazy
- what a pair!
We really do like to try new
things, and have sucessfully
tried a few things with Fused
Glass Drop Vases that we have
yet to see anywhere else. We
don't know if we are 'doing
things the right way' but let
me tell you, we sure are
having fun!
I hope you enjoy our version
of Fused Glass Art - but if
you don't, well that's ok
because we sure do! :-)...
