Artist Statement:
This portfolio is a hodgepodge
of art, I am an artist with an
ever-changing style. The
computer has been the first
tool I have come across that
enables me to be consistent in
my art. I don't see that as a
bad thing - I am proud of the
fact that my style cannot be
pinned down and I hope you
will enjoy the metamorphosis
that occurs.
Part of the portfolio focuses
on my love of animals and the
human obsession with pets.
As a loving host to a variety
of critters (dogs,cats,fish &
birds) I realized that the
love I felt for my pets could
not be expressed in words
alone. Since art is beyond
words, I have chosen to honor
my four legged (and no-legged)
friends through the eyes of
the great masters.
What started as just my
personal homage to Cosmo (my
rottweiler) has grown into the
celebration of animals
belonging to friends and
strangers.
If you are an animal lover (or
know someone who is) please
feel free to contact me to
arrange a custom work. I
always prefer to match a
persons artistic taste to the
work - so whether it be
impressionism, ...
