Artist Statement:
Inspired by artists such as
H.R Giger, Francis Bacon,
James Gleeson, M.C. Escher,
Salvador Dali, Mark Rydenand
Alex Grey to name a few.
Aim to create dark images,
tonal pieces and surreal
environments. Music and film
have definitely helped shaped
my vision for art. "These
two things are very important
because they take you places
in your mind."
Attracted to the idea of
opposites. Opposites of
colour, light, emotion and
form. Interested in putting
those opposites together in
one creation.
With a new found interest in
human anatomy it should'nt be
long until i explore the
possibilities of how to go
about using the human body in
an artistic fashion, and
hopefully be able to blend in
the other influences. ...
