This is a new medium, Artist
Pamela Miller came up with
this medium in 1989 and went
on to obtain a U.S. Patent
which was granted in 1995.
Her works are
Three-Dimensional/Cantilevered.
She has sold numerous works,
one was commissioned for the
former Governor of Louisiana
as well as one was a gift for
former President and First
Lady, George and Barbara
Bush....
