Artist Statement:
Hello, my name is Andrew
Drozda. I want to wecome you
to Smoking Frog Studio.
Smoking Frog is my alter ego,
and all works presented
here were concieved and
executed by me personally. I
hope you
find something here that
suites your taste.
I work in a variety of media,
but lately I have been
spending
the bulk of my energy working
on jewelry. I look at these
pieces as an extention of my
sculpture only smaller and
more
personal. All of my jewelry is
one of a kind. With each piece
I try to make a statement, and
I try hard not to stutter. I
cut
stones to fit each individual
design and fabricate my own
settings.
