Artist Statement:
Artoni (Anthony C. Fletcher)
has been a student of the arts
since the age of eight.
As a professional artist
ARTONI is thankful that he has
been able to work as a
creative consultant, graphic
designer, art director and
illustrator for scientist,
advertising agencies, CBS,
SONY, EPIC, CAPITOL, ELEKTRA,
RCA/BMG, ISLAND, FLYTE TYME
and GRP record companies,
SPORTS ILLUSTRATED magazines,
Phat Farm, Ecko Unlimited
Inc., DKNY Jeans and many
others. He has conducted
design workshops in Central
America for the Instituto de
Cultura in Panamá City, Colon
City and David, Chiriqui in
the Republic of Panamá. He has
exhibited internationally and
most recently has created a
new action-adventure cartoon
character toy property
entitled; C2 &
POSSE™(pronounced Cee-Squared)
Inner-City Heroes that is the
first of it’s kind to portray
Inner-City teenagers as
heroes. With C2 & POSSE,
Artoni has created a property
that combines genuine talent,
fine art sensibilities,
spirituality and commerce.
Artoni believes that
being an artist makes life a
journey of discovery and that
the artworks created become
milestones...footprints in the
sands of time...enabling
artist to share with the world
the ideas that they’ve
discovered!
